I've been building websites for all of this century (and some of the last) and I've picked up a fair bit of experience along the way.

In the beginning just having a website put you above your competitors, but times change and you have to put more in to get more out, these days I busy myself advising and training clients so they can get the most out of the internet. I come up with their web strategy - so that makes me a web strategist - a fancy term for someone who just offers good advice!
